Thank you to Minnesota Public Radio for sponsoring the CRL Viewer. This new module provides easy read-only access to constituent email and station replies.
The CRL Viewer includes all of the organization and search power of CRL. Station managers, development directors, program managers, and schedule planners can use it to spot trends, assess audience response, and collect anecdotes.
The CRL Viewer is included with version 2.0. To activate a viewer user, simply go to Maintenance; then User Accounts; then create a new Staff record and check "View Only" under Privileges.
