A ½ day class is usually sufficient to train CRL users at a new site. The CRL tutorial can be used as class preparation and follow-up.

Once a staff group is using CRL, new users can be trained with the tutorial CD plus coaching from an experienced user.

The project leaders for the technology and user groups are taught CRL maintenance procedures as part of installation.
