| How will CRL’s future direction be determined?
CRL is a public broadcaster’s dream email response system because of design participation by visionary audience/member services professionals. As more stations use CRL, we expect to build and improve the system based on user suggestions. We will be using this website to collect and share ideas, and plan to form a user group to set future direction for CRL.
