| Can CRL monitor our broadcast schedule and send notices?
CRL includes a broadcast alert feature that lets you notify a constituent when a requested program is about to be aired. When you receive the constituent’s request you set up a program watch in CRL. When CRL sees the requested program on your upcoming schedule, CRL will prepare an appropriate announcement email for your approval before sending it to the constituent. The broadcast alert feature requires that CRL read your most accurate close-in broadcast schedule. This is a straightforward process if an accurate schedule is available.
